We have received approximately 300,000 email messages to isp@fcc.gov, and 97 electronic copies of formal comments and reply comments via diskette as of March 6, 1997 (disks were filed only for the Access Charge Reform part of the proceeding). A randomly-selected sample of these messages and files are available here for review. No effort has been made to correlate the viewpoints in the sample with the overall distribution of the email messages or comments filed via diskette. The Commission will weigh all comments filed in the proceeding, and will not limit its consideration or otherwise give special treatment to the comments in the sample.
