Docket Number:
WT Docket 12-175

On June 25, 2012, T-Mobile USA, Inc. ("T-Mobile USA") and Cellco Partnership d/b/a Verizon Wireless ("Verizon Wireless") filed applications seeking Commission approval for the purchase and exchange of certain Advanced Wireless Services ("AWS") spectrum licenses in 218 markets across the United States, including licenses that Verizon Wireless seeks to purchase from SpectrumCo, LLC ("SpectrumCo"), Cox TMI Wireless, LLC ("Cox") and Leap Wireless International, Inc. ("Leap"). See WT Docket No. 12-4; Leap. The Applicants state that completion of the proposed transaction is therefore contingent on Verizon Wireless receiving Commission approval of the SpectrumCo, Cox and Leap transactions.

Petitions to deny and initial comments are due July 10, 2012. To allow the Commission to consider fully all substantive issues regarding the transaction in as timely and efficient a manner as possible, petitioners and commenters should raise all issues in their initial filings. Any seeking to raise a new issue after the pleading cycle has closed must show good cause why the issue was not raised previously. Any issues that are not timely raised without good cause may be disregarded by the Commission.
