I am a VoIp user and a land line user and a cell phone user.  I subscribed to the Vonage service as it was a good option for me and my uses.  Regulation of the internet should be controled by the free market.  I have no problems witht he service that I can not fix with my  pocketbook by quitting the vonages service.  If it remains unregulated free market may allow other vendors to enter the market. Sincerely
