There is no question VOIP should be an unregulated uncharged service. Especialy over wired dial up connect service. All the taxes and services are already paid for that service and any further charges would be doubled charges or fees. Moreover the telephone monopolies in there seizure of further powers will be subject to this axiam. The more power attemts to seize power the more it will divide.
