I believe VOIP is a perfect way to economically transfer minutes through the internet. My concern is taxation. i believe VOIP should be waived on all taxation from intrastate taxes. As VOIP are mostly operated through the internet, which is a federal regulated network. States should stay out of the internet taxation business.
