Here is a study we did for our MBA program. VOIP was a huge piece that is the future of the telecom industry.  Regulation is good for long distance providers to limit the competition but it isn’t good for ISP’s who offer VOIP. MCI is in both businesses. I wonder where they sit on the issue.
