The Traditional telephones process is still superior in that the phone continues to work when the power goes out! Such a benefit aids emergency services when they need them most! I have Voyage in my home for long distance and I have my local phone also. To permit voIP to be the sole telephony of the future would be a future catastrophic mistake.
