(MAP Mobile). MAP Mobile seeks to dismiss with prejudice the above-captioned complaint filed against U S West Communications, Inc. (U S West).1 The complaint addresses, among other things, whether against U S WEST assessed illegal transport and termination charges on MAP Mobile. We are satisfied that granting this motion to dismiss with prejudice will serve the public interest by promoting private resolution of disputes and by eliminating the need for further litigation and the expenditure of further time and resources of the parties and the Commission.
