                                    ERRATUM

   Released: March 6, 2006

   By the Chief, Enforcement Bureau:

   On March 2, 2006, the Enforcement Bureau released a Hearing Designation
   Order, DA 06-494, in the above-captioned proceeding. This Erratum corrects
   the following:

    1. In the caption, add docket number: "EB Docket No. 06-53."

    2. Add a paragraph 33 to read as follows:

   "IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the Commission's Consumer and Governmental
