By the Chief, Market Disputes Resolution Division, Enforcement 
Bureau:

       On January 4, 2005, the Market Disputes Resolution 
Division of the Enforcement Bureau released an Order, DA 05-4 in 
the above-captioned proceeding.  This Erratum corrects the 
Release date by changing it from January 4, 2004 to January 4, 
2005.
