     On December 10, 2004, the Enforcement Bureau's Spectrum 
Enforcement Division released a Notice of Apparent Liability 
for Forfeiture (``NAL''), DA 04-3862, in the above captioned 
proceeding.  This Erratum corrects the FCC Registration 
Number in the caption of the document by changing it from 
``000656050'' to ``0006560650.''
