     On December 1, 2004, the Enforcement Bureau released a 
Notice of Apparent Liability For Forfeiture, DA 04-3793, in the 
above captioned proceeding but did not identify the FCC 
Registration Number (``FRN'') in the heading.  This Erratum 
corrects the Notice of Apparent Liability For Forfeiture by 
adding FRN 0012251880 to the heading of the document.  

     The corrected Notice of Apparent Liability For Forfeiture 
will be published in the Federal Communications Commission Record 
and posted on the Enforcement Bureau's web site.
