By the Assistant Chief, Enforcement Bureau:

On November 22, 2004, the Commission released Pilot Travel
Centers, L.L.C., Notice of Apparent Liability for Forfeiture, FCC
04-272 (``NAL''). By this Erratum, we correct the second
sentence of paragraph 5, which listed the wrong states for Casa
Grande and Quartzsite. The corrected phrases in paragraph 5
should read:

``... Casa Grande, Arizona; Quartzsite, Arizona ...''.

When the NAL is published in the FCC Record, it will contain the
corrections referenced herein.
