     1.   The Order  in the above captioned  proceeding (FCC 
03-317),  released  on   December  12,  2003,  inadvertently 
identified  the adoption  date as  December 11,  2003.  This 
erratum corrects the adopted date to read December 9, 2003.     

     2.   The  corrected  Order  will be  published  in  the 
Federal Communications  Commission Record and posted  on the 
Commission's web site.
