By the Chief, Enforcement Bureau:

     1.  In  this Order,  we cancel  the Notice  of Apparent 
Liability  for  Forfeiture  (the  ``NAL'')  issued  in  this 
proceeding  against  Edmund   Dinis.1  After  reviewing  the 
record, we have concluded that the NAL was issued outside of 
the statute of limitations contained in section 503(b)(6) of 
the Communications Act of 1934, as amended (the ``Act'').2 

     2.   Accordingly, pursuant  to  section  503(b) of  the 
Act,3  and  sections 0.111  and  0.311  of the  Commission's 
rules,4 the NAL is hereby cancelled.
