2002

By the Chief, Telecommunications Consumers Division, Enforcement
Bureau:

     1. The Commission released a Notice of Apparent Liability
(``NAL'') for Forfeiture in File No. EB-02-TC-136 on September
23, 2002. The NAL proposed to assess a forfeiture against ASC
Telecom, Inc. for apparent violations of the Communications Act
of 1934, as amended (the ``Act''), and the Commission's rules
governing operator service providers. The NAL inadvertently
contained footnote number 23. Pursuant to Section 4(i) of the
Communications Act of 1934, as amended, 47 U.S.C. 154(i), by this
errata notice we hereby correct the NAL by deleting footnote
number 23.
