MARK STONE NAMED ENFORCEMENT BUREAU LEGAL ADVISOR ON COMMON CARRIER ISSUES

Washington, D.C. --- Mark Stone has been named Legal Advisor to the Chief of the Enforcement Bureau on common carrier issues. Mr. Stone previously served as an attorney in the Enforcement Bureau's Investigations and Hearings Division, focusing on common carrier matters such as merger conditions and Section 271.

He received a B.B.A. from James Madison University and a J.D. from George Mason University School of Law.
