Washington, D.C. ---Today the Enforcement Bureau of the Commission announced that James Epik has been named Assistant Division Chief in the Bureau's Telecommunications Consumers Division (TCD). In this new capacity, Mr. Epik will continue to support the division's investigative resource unit. Previously, Mr. Epik served as the TCD Senior Investigator and prior to that assignment Jim was an Investigator with the Commission's former Compliance and Information Bureau. Mr. Epik has a Masters Degree in Public Administration.
