                              NOTICE OF VIOLATION

   Released: November 7, 2008

By the District Director, Denver Office, Western Region, Enforcement
   Bureau:

    1. This is a Notice of Violation ("Notice") issued pursuant to Section
1.89 of the Commission's Rules, to Entercom Denver License, LLC
("Entercom"), licensee of Radio Station KEZW(AM), Aurora, Colorado,
and owner of antenna structures numbered 1023424, 1023425 and 1023428,
       located in Highlands Ranch, Colorado.

    2. On October 2, 2008, at approximately 9:00 a.m., MDT, agents of the
Enforcement Bureau's Denver District Office inspected antenna
structures numbered 1023424, 1023425 and 1023428, located southwest of
the intersection of Holly Street and East County Line Road in
Highlands Ranch, Colorado, and observed the following violation:

     a. 47 C.F.R. S: 73.49: "Antenna towers having radio frequency potential
at the base (series fed, folded unipole, and insulated base antennas)
must be enclosed within effective locked fences or other enclosures."
At the time of the inspection, agents observed that the gates to
these structures were shut but not completely secured. Station
KEZW(AM) transmits from these structures, and, as such, the
structures have radio frequency potential at the base.

and Section 1.89 of the Commission's Rules, Entercom must submit a
written statement concerning this matter within 20 days of release of
this Notice. The response must fully explain the violation, must
contain a statement of the specific action(s) taken to correct the
violation and preclude recurrence. The response must be complete in
itself and signed by a principal or officer of Entercom. All replies
and documentation sent in response to this Notice should be marked
