                              NOTICE OF VIOLATION

   Released: September 29, 2006

By the District Director, Los Angeles Office, Western Region, Enforcement
   Bureau:

    1. This is a Notice of Violation ("Notice") issued pursuant to Section
1.89 of the Commission's Rules, to Nevada Channel 6 Inc., licensee of
       KNBX-CA, in Las Vegas, NV.

    2. On August 17, 2006, an agent of the Enforcement Bureau's Los Angeles
Office inspected KNBX-CA located at Las Vegas, Nevada, and observed
       the following violation(s):

     a. 47 C.F.R. S 73.1125(e): "Each AM, FM, TV and Class A TV broadcast
station shall maintain a local telephone number in its community of
license or a toll free number." A review of telephone directory
listings in Las Vegas revealed that there was no listing for Nevada
        Channel 6 Inc. and/or KNBX-CA.

     b. 47 C.F.R. S 11.52(d): "Broadcast stations and cable systems must
monitor two EAS sources. The monitoring assignments of each broadcast
station and cable system and wireless cable system are specified in
the State EAS plan and FCC mapbook. They are developed in accordance
with FCC monitoring priorities." Los Angeles agents inspected the EAS
equipment installed at the KNBX-CA transmitter site and noted that
the LP-1 receiver monitoring 107.5 MHz was receiving signal so poorly
that reliable retransmission of tests and alerts was not possible. In
addition, there was no receiver installed for monitoring the LP-2
station as designated in the state EAS plan.

    3. Pursuant to Section 403 of the Communications Act of 1934, as amended,
and Section 1.89 of the Commission's Rules, Nevada Channel 6, Inc.,
must submit a written statement concerning this matter within 20 days
of release of this Notice. The response must fully explain each
violation, must contain a statement of the specific action(s) taken to
correct each violation and preclude recurrence, and should include a
time line for completion of pending corrective action(s). The response
must be complete in itself and signed by a principal or officer of
Nevada Channel 6, Inc. All replies and documentation sent in response
to this Notice should be marked with the File No. and NOV No.
specified above, and mailed to the following address:
