By the Enforcement Bureau, Tampa Office:

     On   March 15, 2004, the Commission's Tampa Office 
released a Notice of Apparent Liability (``Notice'').  This 
erratum corrects a numbering error in the released Notice.

     1.   The erratum amends the Notice, by changing

          instance it appears in the document.
