                                  Released: January 24, 2003

By the Enforcement Bureau, Atlanta Office:

          On  January  21,  2003, the  Commission's  Atlanta 
Office released a Notice of Apparent Liability (``Notice'').  
This  erratum corrects  a  numbering error  in the  released 
Notice.

     1.   This  erratum amends  the Notice  by changing  the 
NAL/Account number from ``200332480010'' to ``200332480014'' 
in each instance it appears in the document.
