             On September 27, 2002, the Commission's Seattle 
Office released  a Notice of Apparent  Liability (Notice''). 
This  erratum corrects  a  numbering error  in the  released 
Notice.


     1.      This erratum amends the Notice, by correcting 
the NAL/Acct # by changing ``200232900002'' to 
``200232980002'' in each instance as it appears in the 
document.
