By the Enforcement Bureau, Kansas City Office:

                                
     On July 16, 2002 the Commission's Kansas City Office 
released a Notice of Apparent Liability (``Notice'').  This 
erratum corrects a numbering error in the released Notice.


     1.    This  erratum amends  the  Notice, by  correcting  the 
NAL/Acct # by changing  ``2002322560016'' to ``200232560016''  in 
each instance it appears in the document.
