By the Enforcement Bureau, Denver Office: 


     On October 29, 2001, the Commission's Denver Office released a 
Notice of Apparent Liability ("Notice").  This erratum corrects a 
numbering error in the released Notice.


     1.  This erratum amends the Notice, by changing "20013280-
         0003" to "20023280-0001" in each instance it appears in 
         the document.
