STATEMENT OF FCC CHAIRMAN MICHAEL POWELL
ON U.S. SUPREME COURT DECISION IN TELRIC CASE
This decision brings much-needed additional certainty to the legal landscape and should advance the Commission's efforts to carry out the statute's competition goals.
I thank the Solicitor General for his vigorous efforts in representing the Commission before the Court.
