MARSHA MACBRIDE, CHIEF OF STAFF
I congratulate Marsha MacBride on her being named by Chairman Michael K. Powell as his chief of staff.
Marsha is an outstanding choice for this position. Her knowledge of the agency, her wisdom, her engaging personality, her ability to work well with others to resolve difficult issues...and her Douglass College undergraduate degree...will enable her to succeed. Kathryn Brown is a tough act to follow; a tip of the mouse ears to Marsha for accepting the challenge.
