Statement of FCC Chairman William E. Kennard on White House Intention to
Nominate Susan Ness for a Second Term as a FCC Commissioner
       
  
       I am delighted that President Clinton has announced his intention to nominate
  Susan Ness to another term at the FCC.  
  
  She has been a terrific colleague and an invaluable asset to me.  
  
  I look forward to working with her to continue the important work of the agency.
