PRESS STATEMENT OF COMMISSIONER HAROLD W. FURCHTGOTT-ROTH

Although I cast my vote on this matter weeks ago, I have no finalized separate statement on the competitive networks item at this time for the simple reason that there is currently no final version of the document before us. I therefore have nothing upon which accurately to base a final statement. As soon as I receive a copy of the final item, however revised, I will promptly issue a formal statement.
