FALCON CABLEVISION. Granted in part and denied in part the cable operator's appeal of a local rate order issued by the City of Thousand Oaks, California. The order finds that the City should not have used its previously ordered Form 1220 rates in calculating the operator's permitted Form 1210 rates but finds also that the operator should not have used its filed Form 1220 rates in preparing its Form 1210.
