("SBC"), Ameritech Wireless Communications, Inc. ("Ameritech Wireless"), AT&T Wireless PCS, LLC ("AWP"), and Indiana Acquisition, L.L.C. ("Indiana Acquisition") requesting Commission consent to (1) the transfer of control to AWP of licenses and authorizations currently controlled by subsidiaries and affiliates of SBC; (2) the reciprocal assignment of licenses between Ameritech Wireless and AWP; and (3) the reciprocal assignment of licenses between Ameritech Wireless and Indiana Acquisition.
