Telephone Cooperative ("ENMR"), Plateau Telecommunications, Incorporated ("Plateau"), and Corpus Christi SMSA Limited Partnership ("Corpus Christi"), an affiliate of SBC Communications Inc. ("SBC"), filed applications under Section 310(d) of the Communications Act of 1934, as amended, 47 U.S.C.  310(d), seeking Commission approval to assign certain cellular and microwave licenses held by ENMR and Plateau to Corpus Christi. Specifically, Corpus Christi will acquire the cellular and related microwave licenses associated with Texas RSAs 12, 13 and 14. On May 4, 2000, SBC and BellSouth Corporation filed applications seeking consent to transfer control of most of their domestic mobile wireless authorizations to a newly created joint venture. These applications were placed on Public Notice on May 19, 2000. Assuming that the assignment applications for the authorizations listed below are granted, SBC intends to contribute these authorizations to the joint venture.
