              WIRELESS TELECOMMUNICATIONS BUREAU 
            APPROVES WITHDRAWAL OF INFORMAL REQUEST
                     FOR ENFORCEMENT ACTION

On September 17, 1993, Snider Communications Corp. (Snider) filed an Informal Request for
Commission Enforcement Action (Request) against Cue Paging Corp. (Cue).  On September 30,
1993, Cue filed a "Notice of Intent" to respond to Snider's allegations.  Our records show that no
further pleadings were filed by Cue in regard to this matter.  By letter dated May 27, 1999, counsel
for Snider confirmed that Snider no longer wishes to prosecute this matter, and therefore withdraws
its Request.   The Policy and Rules Branch of the Commercial Wireless Division has reviewed the
pleadings and hereby approves the request for withdrawal in accordance with section 4(i) of the
Communications Act, as amended, 47 U.S.C.  154(i) and section 0.331 of the Commission's rules,
47 C.F.R.  0.331.
