                                  Erratum

                                                  Released: March 17, 1998 


      1.  On February 3, 1998, the Commission adopted a Third Order on Reconsideration
(Third Reconsideration) in the above-captioned proceeding.  This Erratum makes a minor
correction to the text of the Third Reconsideration, and also corrects the final rules to
conform the date by which certain dismissed applications are permitted to be refiled to the
date adopted by the Commission in the text of the Third Reconsideration.  That date
inadvertently was calculated in the final rules as 60 days after publication in the Federal
Register, rather than 60 days after the effective date of the Third Reconsideration, which is
the date adopted by the Commission in the text.  The incorrect date, as published in several
sections of the final rules in the Federal Register, is hereby changed from April 27, 1998, to
June 26, 1998.  This Erratum corrects these errors prior to the April 27, 1998, effective date
of the Third Reconsideration, and prior to publication of the Third Reconsideration in the
FCC Record.

     2.  The text of paragraph 183 of the Third Reconsideration is revised in the first
sentence by inserting  find  after  We do not .

     3.  Section 101.57 of the Commission's Rules is amended in paragraph (a)(1)(ii)(B)
by replacing the phrase  April 27, 1998  with the phrase  June 26, 1998 .

     4.  Section 101.103 of the Commission's Rules is amended in paragraph (b)(3) by
replacing the phrase  April 27, 1998  with the phrase  June 26, 1998 .

     5.  Section 101.107 of the Commission's Rules is amended in footnote 8 in paragraph
(a) by replacing the phrase  April 27, 1998  with the phrase  June 26, 1998 .

     6.  Section 101.113 of the Commission's Rules is amended in footnote 8 in paragraph
(a) by replacing the phrase  April 27, 1998  with the phrase  June 26, 1998 .

     7.  Section 101.147 of the Commission's Rules is amended in footnote 16 in
paragraph (a) and is amended in the introductory text in paragraph (u) by replacing the
phrase  April 27, 1998  with the phrase  June 26, 1998 .

     8. Section 101.803 of the Commission's Rules is amended in footnote 7 of paragraph
(a) and is amended in footnote 9 of paragraph (d) by replacing the phrase  April 27, 1998 
with the phrase  June 26, 1998 .
