On June 20, 1995, Contact Communications Inc. ("Contact") filed a Petition for Reconsideration ("Petition") of the above-captioned granted application. On October 30, 1996, the Commission terminated the above-captioned authorization for failure to construct, thereby rendering Contact's Petition moot. 2.
