FCC: 
Telecommunications technology must be accessible to and usable
by people with disabilities. Weak regulations will prevent millions
of us from using the future technology. 

Telecom access is the most important access issue we've faced
since the Americans with Disabilities Act. If the regs are strong,
we have a great vehicle to push for access in 21st century
communication. If they're weak and stand as proposed, we've got
status quo or worse.
