The Office of Legislative and Intergovernmental Affairs has joined other FCC Bureaus
and Offices with a Home page on the World Wide Web. The address is www.fcc.gov/olia/. The page contains such information as upcoming Congressional hearings, information on the Telecommunications Act of 1996, the FCC's implementation schedule, as well as links to: Hot Issue Fact Sheets; the FCC Home Page; the FCC Chairman and FCC Commissioners' Home Pages; other FCC Bureas and Offices; the FCC's National Call Center; the U.S. House of Representatives; the United States Senate; the FCC's Congressional Oversight Committees; GPO Access to the Congressional Record, and Congressional Bills; and"Thomas", the website of the Congress.
