Period Fillings in Permit-But-Disclose Proceedings

The public notice released January 13, 1999 for presentations and filings received on or before January 5, 1999, is corrected to show that the presentation dated December 14 by Charles Brewer et al. concerning Telecom Mergers was not a presentation in a non-docketed proceeding. Instead, the presentation occurred in docket number CS 98-178.
