REVISED SUMMARY: The Commission will consider a Notice of Proposed Rule Making initiating a comprehensive examination of the appropriate regulatory requirements for incumbent LECs’ provision of broadband services. As part of this proceeding, the Commission also invites comment on the Petition filed by SBC Communications, Inc. |

SUMMARY: The Commission will consider a Notice of Proposed Rule Making to initiate its "triennial" review of the definitions of and rules concerning access to incumbent LEC unbundled network elements. |
