SUMMARY: The Commission will consider a Further Notice of Proposed Rule Making concerning its cable horizontal and vertical ownership limits and certain aspects of its attribution rules as affected by the recent D.C., Circuit decision in Time Warner Entertainment Co. v. FCC. |
