SUMMARY: The Commission will consider a Notice of Inquiry concerning the public interest obligations of television broadcast licensees.
|2||ENFORCEMENT||TITLE: Enforcement of Section 277 of the Act.
SUMMARY: The Commission will consider action concerning alleged violations of Section 277 of the Telephone Consumer Protection Act.
