Corporations Holding Commission Licenses and Lines Pursuant to Sections 214 and 310(d) of the
Communications Act and Parts 5, 22, 24, 25, 63, 90, 95 and 101 of the Commission's Rules (CC
Docket No. 98-141).
SUMMARY: The Commission will consider a Memorandum Opinion and Order concerning applications for approval to transfer control of licenses and lines.
|2||CABLE SERVICES||TITLE: Implementation of the Cable Television Consumer Protection and Competition Act of
1992 (CS Docket No. 98-82); Implementation of Cable Act Reform Provisions of the Telecommunications Act of 1996; and Review of the Commission's Cable Attribution Rules (CS Docket No. 96-85).
SUMMARY: The Commission will consider a Report and Order concerning the cable attribution rules.

Cable Television Consumer Protection and
Competition Act of 1992; and Horizontal
Ownership Limits (MM Docket No. 92-264).
SUMMARY: The Commission will consider a Third Report and Order concerning cable horizontal ownership limits.
|TITLE: Local Competition and Broadband
SUMMARY: The Commission will consider a Notice of Proposed Rulemaking proposing to collect data about the development of local telephone service competition and the deployment of broadband services from telecommunications carriers and others.
