1996. SUMMARY: The Commission will review its broadcast ownership rules as part of the regulatory reform review adopted by the Telecommunications Act of 1996.

Act of 1934 (CC Docket No. 96-149). SUMMARY: The Commission will consider action concerning the use and protection of customer proprietary network information under Section 222 of the Telecommunications Act. |
