SUMMARY: The Commission will consider
action concerning resumption of installment
payments for PCS C and F Block licensees and
other repayment options for C Block licensees.
Action by the Commission September 25, 1997, Chairman Hundt and Commissioners Quello, Ness
and Chong voting to consider this item.
