ELECTRONIC COMMENT FILING SYSTEM UNAVAILABLE ON THURSDAY MAY 13
AND FRIDAY MAY 14 WHILE SYSTEM SERVERS ARE MOVED TO PORTALS

     On Thursday May 13 through Friday May 14, the computer server which hosts the
Electronic Comment Filing System (ECFS) will be moved to the new Commission location,
Portals II at 445 12th Street, S.W.  During that period, the ECFS will not be available for filing or
for research.  Every effort will be made to resume service as soon as possible.  Notification that
ECFS is back up and running will be posted on the FCC website at http://www.fcc.gov/.

     Documents regularly filed through ECFS may be filed in paper format at the Secretary's
filing counter, TW-A325.  We regret any inconvenience to FCC filers and ECFS users.
