                       FEE DECISIONS OF THE MANAGING
                      DIRECTOR AVAILABLE TO THE PUBLIC

     The Managing Director is responsible for fee decisions in response
to requests for waiver or deferral of fees as well as other pleadings
associated with the fee collection process.  On a monthly basis, a
public notice of these fee decisions is published in the FCC record.
     The decisions are placed in General Docket 86-285 and are
available for public inspection.  A copy of the decision is also placed
in the appropriate docket, if one exists.
     The following Managing Director fee decisions are released for
public information:

Delta Radio, Inc. - Request for waiver and refund of 1996 regulatory
fee for WDTL-FM, WDSK (AM), at Cleveland, MS; WHOT (FM)
at Drew, MS and KDTL (FM) at Lake Village, AR. - Granted
(December 11, 1997) [See Implementation of Section 9 of the
Communications Act, 9 FCC Rcd 5333, 5346 (1994).]

Good News Productions, International - Request for refund of an
application fee for license renewal and special temporary authority for
its international fixed satellite earth station.  -  Denied (November 14,
1997) [See Establishment of a Fee Collection Program 2 FCC Rcd
947, 959 (1985); see also 47 C.F.R.  73.621.]

Massachusetts Redevelopment LLC - Request for waiver of FY 95
and 96 regulatory fees for WHRC (TV) at Norwell, MA - Granted 
(December 22, 1997)   [See Implementation of Section 9 of the
Communications Act, 9 FCC Rcd 5333, 5346  (1994).]




Hughes Communications Galaxy, Inc. - Requested a declatory
ruling to resolve uncertainty concerning the fee amount required with
applications for global geostationary orbit satellite systems. Ruling

Pikes Peak Broadcasting Company - Request for refund of 1996
regulatory fee for a television translator station licensed to Mount
Massive Lakes, Inc. Granted  (November 14, 1997) [See

Sangre de Cristo Broadcasting - Petition for reconsideration of a
Mass Media Bureau decision to dismiss an application for a new FM
station at Las Vegas, NM. Granted (October 31, 1997) [See  47
