Commissioner Gloria Tristani will deliver the introductory remarks at the Dialogue on Diversity's Spring 1999 Entrepreneurship Conference, "Information Technology: Un-Tilting the Playing Field for Small Entrepreneurs," National Press Club, 14th and F Street, NW, Washington, DC, 9:00 am.

The Office of Engineering and Technology, in cooperation with the Office of Plans and Policy, will host a roundtable on "DTV Receiver Compatibility With Cable Television Service," at the FCC, Commission Meeting Room, 445 12th Street, SW, Washington, DC, 9:30 am - 12:30 pm.
