Tuesday, January 12 Commissioner Ness will be the breakfast speaker for the European Institute's Roundtable on Multimedia and Telecommunications, The Cosmos Club, Washington, DC, 8:30 am. Thursday, January 14 Commissioner Michael Powell will be the keynote speaker at the Developmental Roundtable for Upward Mobility, Capital Hilton, Washington, D.C., 9:45 am. The Network Reliability and Interoperability Council will meet at the Federal Communications Commission, Room 856, 1919 M Street, NW, Washington, DC, 1:30 pm - 3:30 pm.
