Commissioner Susan Ness will participate on a panel, "Keeping Tarzan Connected: Universal Service," at the National Association of Regulatory Utility Commissioners (NARUC) 110th Annual Convention, Orlando World Center Marriott, Orlando, FL, 10:15 am.
