            THE WADE GROUP DENIED REVIEW OF ORDER REVOKING THE
              CONSTRUCTION PERMIT OF KEEF-TV, LOS ANGELES, CA
                          (MM DOCKET NO. 88-420)

     The Commission has denied an application filed by Booker T.
Wade, Jr., Rosa Ware, Gwendolyn May, and Hope Smith Bynum (The
Wade Group), seeking review of an order by the General Counsel
which dismissed as repetitious a petition for reconsideration
filed by the Wade Group.  The Wade Group sought reconsideration
of a Commission Order which denied reconsideration of a decision
which revoked the construction permit of Black Television
Workshop of Los Angeles, Inc., (BTW) for station KEEF-TV, Los
Angeles, CA.

     The Commission noted that in view of the Wade Group's
continued assertion of previously raised contentions, that there
must be some finality to the administrative process, or else it
would be involved in a never-ending process of review that would
frustrate its ability to conduct its business in an orderly
fashion.

     Action by the Commission August 23, 1994, by Order (FCC 94-
